Anna Maria Carruba is art historian and conservator. After the degree in Humanities and the Diplome at the Central Institute for Restoration in Rome, she is specialized in archaeology in Italy and in Germany and she is became one of the most important expert in the conservation of ancient metal field. She has worked for the most important museums, teaching restoration in Rome, in Guatemala and in China. Among the main restoration works done, are included the bronzes collection of Musei Capitolini in Rome, with the Spinario, the Bruto, the Camillo, la testa colossale of Costantino with the hand and the globe, and the Opus sectile of Porta marina, in Ostia antica.
